Subscriptions & Monetization

 

This case study showcases a high-level view of my work leading design for subscriptions and monetization at Discovery+. My contribution as UX leader for the platform included leading strategy, design and research activities to support the launch of the platform and to meet the business goal of increasing subscriptions globally. I was responsible for the upper and lower sales funnel and multiple work streams including marketing, payments, cart & checkout, and account profiles.
